Exchange Policy
Ziorelli offers product exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned incomplete are not eligible for exchange.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with product exchanges. This includes the cost of returning the original item to us as well as the shipping cost for sending the replacement item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Before sending any item back, customers must contact support@ziorelli.com to receive exchange authorization and return instructions. Exchanges sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product of equal value or request a refund if eligible under our Refund Policy.
If we made an error by shipping the wrong product or if the item arrives defective or damaged, Ziorelli will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer.
Exchange requests are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
