We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and protective materials included. Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, missing parts, or altered items cannot be accepted for a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@ziorelli.com. Your request should include your order number, your full name, and a clear explanation of the reason for the return. In some cases, we may request photos or videos of the item before authorizing the return.
Please do not send any product back without receiving return authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ziorelli cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or videos to verify the issue. If approved, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you no longer wish to keep your order after receiving it, you may request a return under the conditions described in this policy.
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, health, or safety reasons. This includes personal care products, intimate items, products that have been opened after delivery where hygiene is affected, gift cards, and any customized or personalized products unless they arrive defective or damaged.
If a package is refused by the customer or returned because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges, storage fees, customs charges, or reshipping costs that may apply.
