Estimated delivery times generally range between 5 and 15 business days depending on the destination country, customs procedures, local postal services, and shipping carrier operations. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information whenever available. Tracking updates may require several days before becoming visible within the carrier's system.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Ziorelli cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other governmental fees depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the package, or failure to pay applicable customs fees, additional shipping and handling charges may apply before reshipment.
